提到雅思写作,不少烤鸭都会很头疼。“为什么我的写作分数总是卡在5-5.5?” “写作到底怎样才能提分到7呢?” 那么究竟雅思写作7.0+是什么水平?2分之间的差异有多大?差在哪?
雅思写作的评分标准:
1.写作任务完成度(task response)
2.连贯与衔接(coherence and cohesion)
3.词汇丰富度(lexical resource)
4.语法多样性及准确性(grammatical range and accuracy)
PS:由于大小作文题材的不同,所以在“任务完成度”这项上两者有着不一样的标准。
7分+作文到底长啥样?
我们拿小作文最常考的动态图为例:
我们来看一组数据描写,是如何从5.5分的初始版本,被逐步改为7+的版本。
Version1
The car theft was 0.4 million in 1970. From 1970 to 1990, it increased slowly to 1 million. Then, it went up quickly to 1.6 million in 1995. After that, it decreased quickly to 1 million in 2005.
问题1:词汇简单,比如slowly,quickly, increased, decreased
改写后:
version2
The car theft was 0.4 million in 1970. From 1970 to 1990, it increased marginally to 1 million. Then, it soared to 1.6 million in 1995. After that, it slumped to 1 million in 2005.
问题2:主语单一,都是it, it, it …
改写后:
Version3
The number of car theft was 0.4 million in 1970. There was a marginal increase in the number of car theft to 1 million from 1970 to 1990. Then, the following five yearswitnessed a soar to 1.6 million. After that, it slumped to 1 million in 2005.
问题3:都是简单句,没有复杂结构
改写后:

The number of car theft was 0.4 million in 1970, which was followed by a marginal increase in the number of car theft to 1 million from 1970 to 1990. Then, the following five years witnessed a soar to 1.6 million, reaching the peak in 1995 and slumping to 1 million in 2005.
问题4:连接手段机械比如then,没有指代导致重复,比如the number of car theft重复两遍
改写后:

评分细则差异
01 任务完成度
5分:基本上可以按要求完成任务作文,但某些地方写作格式有时存在不当之处。机械地描述细节,缺乏清晰的概述。不能提供完整的数据内容呈现,不能充分地涵盖主要内容/要点。会出现着重表述细节的倾向。
6分:可以对总趋势的概括分析,重点特征会进行特别诠释。对数据信息进行了合理删选,但存在一些数据或信息表达不够精准。
7分:可以很好地完成写作任务要求,有一个明确的趋势概括。能就主要内容/要点进行清晰的呈现与强调,但未能更为充分地展开。
02 连贯与衔接
5分:有一定组织性地呈现信息,但总体来说段落划分、行文结构有缺陷,衔接手段使用不足、不准确或过度使用。
6分:可以对信息进行完整整合,比较恰当的段落划分。合理使用连接词但句子之间的连接有错误。
7分:符合逻辑地组织信息及观点,清晰的行文推进贯穿全文,恰当地使用一系列衔接手段,但有时使用不足或过多。
03 词汇丰富度
5分:文章中出现的词汇单一,频繁出现明显的拼写或构词方面错误,且可能会对读者造成一定的阅读困难。
6分:文章中出现的词汇运用准确,使用少数不常用单词但出现错误。有一些拼写和用词错误,文章是可以流畅阅读。
7分:整篇文章词汇运用丰富且准确,有一定词汇灵活性,使用不常见词汇,对语体及搭配有一定认识。偶尔出现拼写或词组选择错误。
04 语法多样性和准确性
5分:仅能使用有限的语法结构。尝试使用复杂句,但准确性不够,频繁出现语法及标点符号使用错误。文章有一定的阅读困难。
6分:既有简单句,也有复杂句。会出现一些语法错误,一些标点符号使用错误。文章可以流畅阅读。
7分:运用各种复杂的语法结构,多数句子准确无误,对语法及标点符号掌握较好,但有时出现少许错误。
