Citi's A&D Energy Investment Banking Team is looking for a Full or Part Time Geology Intern to join the Investment Banking team in NAM.

The Investment Banking group advises corporate clients who want to raise funds in capital markets and who need strategic support in financial transactions.

Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting, and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.

职位要求：

Competencies:

Basic understanding of geologic fundamentals and or geologic engineering concepts as pertaining to the oil and gas industry: a must have

Ability to work with large amounts of data using spreadsheets and or data bases

Ability to conduct basic research using sources such as IHS or AAPG

Quick learner with regard to web based data source applications (IHS, Drilling Info, etc)

Ability to work with Power Point to help build presentations

A high level of spreadsheet and or power point skills including things such as basic data analysis (statistics, regression, curve fitting, etc).

Skills:

Mapping: structure, isopach, faulting, other

Log correlation and cross section generation

Basic decline analysis (rate time, cumulative rate, etc)

Volumetrics.

Behaviors:

Self-starter, self-confident and able to ask questions as needed to get the work moving forward.

Team player, comfortable in cubical type work environments where information is passed quickly from team member to team member.
