在大数据时代，BA神一样的存在

最近是春招的季节，经济不景气，很多工程的小伙伴找工作并不顺利，商科的同学也有不少感到迷茫。除了传统的工程师、银行service rep以及程序员之外，今天小编要给大家介绍另外一个工种（一类position），希望会给正在求职的小伙伴，带来一个全新视角。

这个工种就是BusinessAnalyst (BA)。BA这类岗位，有三大核心特点：

1，几乎各行各业都需要BA，Finance, IT, 工程，Retail，Health Care，等等，后面会具体讲解BA的核心职能；

2，背景兼容性极其高，无论是工程，商科，IT，还是传统的science，加上一定的培训，都有机会跨界转到BA领域；

3，行业发展纵深大，入门门槛不高，有entrylevel的position，同时也有很高level的、专门负责strategic planning的岗位，年轻人不需要耗费极大精力入围，同时又有广阔的发展空间。

BA 的定义：Business analyst (BA) is someone who analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.
The role of a systems analyst can also be defined as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. Here business problems can be anything about business systems, for example the model, process, or method. The technology solutions can be the use of technology architecture, tools, or software application. System analysts are required to analyze, transform and ultimately resolve the business problems with the help of technology.

首先，给大家介绍一个机构，The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is a non-profit professional association formed in October 2003 with the purpose of supporting and promoting the discipline of business analysis.

IIBA是世界公认的行业协会，专门规范BA这个行业。同时，为了更好指导行业发展，IIBA一共出台了4个level的证书，共不同等级的candidate进行选择。小编在此不一一赘述，着重介绍针对college student 和new graduate的ECBA.
