协和第十六届英语节圆满落幕，开启逐梦新旅程 | Word Fun, World Fun!

走过先声夺人的先锋班英语节，我们也迎来了属于精英班的缤纷旅程。这两周里，孩子们玩转单词拼读比赛，嗨翻奇思妙想配音秀，还邀请爸爸妈妈共同分享英语阅读后的学习成果。幕后我们的潜心沉淀，换来了台上的神采飞扬，每个人都爆发出属于自己的英语小宇宙。

During last two weeks, SUIS students continued enjoying the 16th English Festival through Spelling Bee, Dubbing Show and Book Fair in Local Curriculum. Everyone fully involved in these fun activities andour G4students also shared the reading achievements with their parents.

跟着特邀嘉宾深入英语文化，了解感恩节的由来

语言是文化的基石，在热闹的英语节舞台上，嘉宾讲师、故事大王轮番带领同学了解英语文化，感知绘本世界。在他们惟妙惟肖的演绎之中，同学们探索到了英语学习有滋有味的另一面。

For the English culture inquiring, we invited special guests to give speeches and tell us stories. These amazing activities made our students learn more about the English world.

绘本里的世界真奇妙，故事大王带我们瞧一瞧

爱“听”更乐于“说”，同学们登台变身为荧幕中的经典形象，用原汁原味的口语过一把“配音瘾”。我们还邀请了来自龙柏一小的小伙伴到场观摩助阵，共同感受动画世界里的英语激情。

In the Dubbing Show, studentsperformed as their favouritecartoon characters todub the conversations in fluent English speaking. We also invited the students from Longbai Primary School to share our outstanding shows.

Spelling Bee

一群勤劳的小蜜蜂，在魅力非凡的拼词世界认真汲取养分，努力学单词、练发音、拼速度，将自己打磨成百战不殆的“拼词小达人”，小脑袋瓜中的单词如数家珍，最终在舞台上大放异彩。

Spelling Bee was the most popular contest in our English Festival. SUIS students carefully prepared for these fierce competitions and showed their great confidence with rich Englishvocabulary.

连爸爸妈妈们也无法想象，他们会在孩子的奇趣书展上遇见什么？这是一个属于阅读与实践的跨学科小世界，孩子们用落落大方的英语表达他们阅读后的所思所悟，并通过多种形式的小组探究和互动，发掘了英语学习的魅力所在。

Even the parentscouldn't imagine what they would see at their children's Book Fair. It included a variety of activities such as English reading, poster designing, props making, group discussing andspeechmaking. Studentsgotthechancesto express their thoughts and understandingsfreely in English.
