as......as 结构辨析

as …as的用法

这两个结构都是用于原级中的比较，用法如下：

1）当中间只有形容词的时候

as + 形容词或副词原级 + as，一般用于肯定句中

例：

My brother is as fat as me.我弟弟和我一样胖。

so + 形容词或副词原级 + as一般用于否定句中，用于否定句的时候，not so…as = not as…as

例：

To do her justice, she isnot so（as）bad as you described.

说句公道话,她并没有你说的那样坏。

常用的连词短语有：

as well as ：也          as far as：就……而言

as long as：只要……       as soon as：一……就……

2）当as… as 中间有名词时

语法结构：

as + 形容词 + a/an + 单数名词 + as= so + 形容词 + a/an + 单数名词 + as

as + many/much + 名词 + as

例：

I‘ve never seen as/soclever a boy as you.

我从没见过像你一样聪明的男孩。

I can eat as many apples asyou can.

我可以吃尽可能多的苹果。

3）倍数 + as + 形容词 +as = 倍数+ the + 名词 + of

This ruler is twice as longas that one. = this ruler is twice the length of that one.    这把尺子是那一把的两倍长。
