英国留学TESOL翻译同传申请学校大盘点

1. 纽卡斯尔大学Applied Linguistics and TESOL （MA）

纽卡斯尔大学的语言学，英语语言学及翻译专业都在英国及世界上的知名度都极高，几年前杜伦大学又将其TESOL的program合并到了纽卡斯尔大学，因此TESOL专业也相对来说课程很紧张。课程中有必修课和选修课，要求没有教育背景或教学经验的学生必须修读an introduction to TESOL；core issues in second language acquisition；research methods in applied linguistics。所以这个专业本科不是学习教育的同学也可以申请，不过若非教育专业的同学最好有英语教学经验，这样申请的成功率更高。雅思要求6.5分，其中写作不低于6.0分。

2.爱丁堡大学Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages （TESOL） Msc/Med

爱丁堡大学的TESOL专业已开设有40余年，教授老师在行业内知名度非常高，研究领域也非常广泛，但由于学校好专业也好，所以每年申请的位置也比较紧张。申请时也要求学生有相关专业的学历背景，同时，英语教学经验也比较看重。雅思要求7.0分，其中单项不低于6.5分。

3.约克大学MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages （TESOL）

约克大学的TESOL专业开设在Eeducational studies学院，申请者若没有教学经验或者本科为非英语或语言学专业，也将会被学校考虑录取。雅思要求7分，其中单项不低于6.0分。

4.杜伦大学 MA TESOL

杜伦大学的TESOL不需要工作经验，不表示这不是一个好的TESOL课程，杜伦大学的教育学和英语的研究实力都非常不错，整体的专业排名都位列全英前五，而且杜伦大学的声望非常高，对于就业是非常有帮助的。雅思7.0(单项不低于7.0) 。

5. 兰卡斯特大学MA TESOL
