【审题与构思】

l 审定主体结构

我的健康饮食报告属说明文，即把自己在日常生活中，养生、膳食所遵循的标准写出来，告知人们良好的饮食习惯是健康的前提，懂得养生，才能吃出健康。

l 确定篇章结构

正文采用排列式：

健康饮食小贴士，基本是日常膳食的安排，按从早到晚的饮食习惯，表明了饮食习惯与健康的关系，所以吃出了快乐健康的心境。

注意事项：

1. 这类说明文常用一般现在时，第三人称。

2. 正文内容要紧扣主题，组织要点；语句要精炼，不拖泥带水。

3. 根据要求既可用排列式，也可用短文式；如短文式，注意巧过度。

My tips on a healthy diet

As the famous saying goes “Happiness lies first of all in health”, I made a plan on my daily diet, combining it with my common knowledge. They are as follows:

1. Drink some warm water in the early morning to add water in the body.

2. Have a good breakfast in order to supply the needed energy.

3. Drinking some soup before meals is just like warming up before exercise, which is well prepared for dinner.

4. Mix meat, vegetables and food together and they will have better nutrition.

In a word, keeping a balanced diet is a good way to stay healthy. Having enough fruit and vegetables every day can get the doctors away. I’m now happy and healthy for above tips.

接着说明抽烟的危害---引发多种疾病，周围人受害。

最后表明希望---健康、快乐的老爸。

社会人际交往中，人们难免用书信和邮件进行联系，这就反映了写信与回信。一般来说回信主要针对来信的具体内容进行清楚、明了的回答，语言要简洁，态度要诚恳，格式要正确，并附带简单的问候。

正文采用三段：

第一段，收到来信的心情、时间等。

第二段，主要回答来信谈及问题。

第三段，总结并问候。

正文采用三段式：

首先开门见山----简述周杰伦慨况。

接着介绍具体情况---性格、音乐成就。

最后表明其影响---得到大家喜爱。

注意事项：

1. 人物生平介绍简历要用一般过去时，介绍人物的现状要用一般现在时，人称第三人称。

2. 内容要真实，衔接要有连贯性、逻辑性和可读性，注意应用好过渡性词汇。

Zhou Jielun, whose English name is Jay Chow, was born on January 18,1979, Taiwan.

When he was young, his parents got divorced. Because of this, he grew more lonely. His lonely nature made him completely absorbed in his music world, especially good at R&B and rap. Devoted himself to music, the talented boy published many albums, and he was honored as Asian pop star Jay Chow. He created and developed the Chinese-speaking songs as a new level, who is loved by middle school students and all Chinese people.
