Understanding of Art
At 1:40 this Wednesday afternoon, a big applause and enthusiastic cheers from the audience unveiled the Middle School Art Festival, the most popular event with students.
This time, all performers showed a dazzling performance. The Chinese classic dance and the Kunqu Opera both succeeded in bringing cultural diversity to the festival, while the fervent shows given by the gifted dancers almost made the audience crazy with excitement. Furthermore, the pop song medley catered to the tastes of different students. Moreover, Grade teachers sang the song named “Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays”, and students sang the “Baby Shark”. Both of them impressed us deeply.
What’s worth mentioning is the glamorous performance made by the dancing club and musical club.
All in all, fully exhibiting their talent in the art festival, the talented performers brought many splendid and glamorous moments to cherish for us all.
周三下午1:40分，大礼堂爆发出了热烈的掌声和欢呼声，初中段一年一度艺术节正式拉开了帷幕。
此次很多学生积极参与，无论是古典舞社的《粉墨》，还是昆曲《牡丹亭》，都尽显各自的民族特色，使国际部初中段的艺术节有了更多的可看性。当然还有颇受大家期待欢迎的Baby Shark舞蹈，一度让现场气氛HIGH到极点。歌曲节目不仅融合了英语、中文、韩语等不同语言的流行歌曲，还有独唱、合唱、阿卡贝拉，乐队等形式，吸引了不同学生的眼光。而热舞社和音乐剧社的表演则给大家带来了耳目一新的感受，HOLD了全场！
值得一提的是，这次老师们也带来了表演，Grade Teachers给大家唱了一首圣诞风格的歌曲，现场气氛立刻暖起来了；而一曲由刘琼老师和李舒浩老师合唱的《后来》，又让全场安静了下来，熟悉的曲目还吸引了很多同学在台下低声应和。
总的来说，这次艺术节，同学们大放光彩，不仅参与表演，还在台前幕后帮忙，都为这次艺术节的顺利进行做出了很大贡献。
