We are very pleased to report that our swimmers achieved fantastic results at the Patana Feeding Frenzy – one of the most competitive swim meets in Southeast Asia.Twenty-five of our swimmers made the trip to Bangkok, swam their hardest and brought home the Overall 3rd Place Teamaward! An impressive finish for a such a small team. More notably, our team won the top “Quality Team” award by scoringan average of 46 points per swimmer. This truly reveals the talent of this group. We are so proud of each and every swimmer… each and every swimmer contributed to the team total in their individual events or relays. Fantastic way to end Term 1!
Several of our swimmers achieved Overall Top 3 Individualawards for their gender/age group: Nuri(1st Place, 9-10 Girls); Elle(2nd Place, 11-12 Girls); Andy(2nd Place, 11-12 Boys); and Agnes(3rd Place, 13-14 Girls). Additionally, two DCS swimmers broke meet records: Brandon – 100m Breaststroke(1:11.47) and Elle – 200m Breaststroke (2:50.31) and 100m Breaststroke (1:19.48).
