The Parent Council of Tsinghua International School (THIS)is proud to host the 2018 Talent Show!This annual event is open to all THIS students, teachers and parents. They relished the opportunity to showcase their talents and cheer one another on.
The 2018 Talent Show offered a platform for students,teachers and parents to demonstrate their talent. They poured their hearts and souls into the annual tradition.THISfully cooperated with the site, equipment and technical support proposed by theParent Council, and also assigned experts to assist.Principal Li and Principal Maxine Klimasara were impressed with the time and effort it took to put together this performance. They both spoke before the Talent Show and then watched the performance.The pay-off was far sweeter than the applause. It was clear that all participantscollaborated, gained valuable experience and skillsthrough their preparation as well as their performance.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Parent Councilfor taking time out of their busy schedules to organize the Talent Show. The event has brought to the school endless warmth and happiness. The charity sale before the Talent Show was strongly supported by the parents and they raised about 25,000 RMB for this show. The Parent Council and enthusiastic parents bought materials and helped to organize rehearsals . More than 100 parents contributed their time, energy and talent to the show. Wu Huiqi, a member of the Parent Council, took part in the organization of all four talent shows in the past 4 years and was deeply impressed by this year's: "this talent show has got the most tight schedule of all the four times. The parents are great!" We look forward to seeing more performers next year!
