“袅袅暮秋,寒衣既成,众师荟萃于秋日杏坛,侧耳倾听来自徐慧琳老师的妙语珠玑,或欣然忘言,或醍醐灌顶,或心有戚戚焉”。这便是11月29日在清华附中国际部上演的教学探讨的一幕。
国际部作为清华附中的一部分,在语文教学上,得到了清华附中语文教研组的大力支持。国际部的中文老师们时刻保持虚心求教的态度,与清华附中的语文老师保持密切的联系,积极观摩附中语文老师的公开课和示范课,并进行深入的语文教学研讨。
正因我校一贯重视中文的教学,11月29日,国际部李文平副校长专门邀请了曾任清华附中语文组组长、现任文昌学校校长的徐慧琳老师来到清华附中国际部,组织全体中文老师,进行了听课、评课活动。在此过程中,徐老师听了7年级安祖昕老师所讲的《秋天的怀念》,10年级钱超老师、张永宽老师,以及王茜老师的《琵琶行》,并在听课结束后与所有老师进行了评课与交流。
“不愤不启,不悱不发”,徐老师向在座的中文老师们抛出的第一个提问是:语文教学最根本的是教什么?这个问题使在座的老师们陷入沉思而后进行了热烈的讨论。徐老师循着老师的回答,点出了文学作品都具有“物质外壳”和“精神内核”的属性,而作为老师,需要帮学生读懂语言,读懂“物质外壳”。
徐慧琳老师也由此引出语文教学的“道”与“术”,藉由陶渊明《饮酒》,徐老师提出“菊”作为“象”都具有特定的内涵,而“此中有真意,欲辨已忘言”则是“得鱼而忘荃,得意而忘言”,由“言”——“象”——“意”逐层递进。关于语文教学的“术”,对于国际部学生而言,则是可以借鉴西方的“术”,让学生多说,突出学生的主体地位,比如用核心问题的方式,驱动学生成为主动思考的人,课堂活动设计也要有层次,呈螺旋上升的形式。
徐慧琳老师的精彩发言赢得了在座老师们阵阵热烈的掌声,而关于语文教学的“道”与“术”也给老师们留下了深刻的印象,在向徐老师提问的环节中,老师们畅所欲言,而徐老师的回答时而幽默风趣,时而深刻智慧,整个交流过程轻松而收获满满,在愉快的氛围中结束了教学交流与探讨。
