该比赛引领学生去探索七个学科分类的问题,包括哲学、政治学、经济学、历史、心理学、神学、法律和Junior组别。这为学生提供了广泛的学科选择,让他们可以在自己感兴趣的领域展开探索和写作。
一、参赛要求和关键时间节点
1、参赛资格:
所有国家18岁以下的学生都可以参与。
高年级组:截止2024年6月30日,年龄在18岁及以下的学生;低年级组:截止2024年6月30日,年龄不超过15岁的学生。

3、论文要求:
每个学生只能报名每个类别中的一个题目,但可以报多个类别。需要提交不超过2000的论文(不包括图表,数据表,脚注,参考书目或作者声明)。
注意:参赛选手的pdf 文件名必须采用以下格式:FirstName-LastName-Category-QuestionNumber.pdf,例如,Alexander Popham 将使用以下文件名提交他对心理学类别中问题 2 的回答:Alexander-Popham-Psychology-2.pdf,文件名不符合此格式的论文将被拒绝。

5、奖项:
入围(short-listed):所有入围选手都可以获得电子证书;
每个领域都会评出一二三等奖(各一名),一名世界冠军,并在每个领域中选出最佳作品奖获得2000美元奖学金,可覆盖John Locke学院任意课程的学费,还会邀请到牛津参加颁奖典礼;
所有论文会评出一名世界冠军并获得10,000美元青年荣誉奖学金,可用于支付参加学院一个或多个夏季学校或访问学者项目。
