2023年哈佛国际评论秋冬赛季赛事规则详解！有哪些内容和主题可选？

《哈佛国际评论》学术写作挑战赛（Harvard International Review Academic Writing Competition）是一项面向全球9-12年级中学生的学术写作学术活动，由《哈佛国际评论》主办。

根据比赛官网的最新消息，2023年秋冬赛季的报名截止日期是美国东部时间2023年10月31日。对于中国赛区的参赛者，报名截止日期为2023年11月30日。请大家注意这些截止日期，以免错过报名机会！

2023年《哈佛国际评论》比赛主题

今年的主题是Technological Advancement and the World，技术进步与世界。

比赛时间

秋冬赛注册报名截止日期：2023年11月30日

作品截止提交日期：2024年1月2日

文章长度

文章应至少 800 字但不超过 1,200 字（不包括图表、数据表或作者声明）。

写作风格

提交的内容应针对未被充分重视的全球主题 ，提出分析支持的观点。HIR不接受发表个人意见的文章（op-eds），也就是所谓的社论或观点文章。作为一个新闻机构，HIR要求提交的文章遵循美联社最新版本的风格（AP Style）。

比赛费用

参赛费用为1,480元/队（可单人或组队参加，每队不超过两人），费用包括赛事注册费、评审费、配套课程、线上答辩、HIR期刊订阅、证书制作、提名认证服务，必须先注册并付款，然后才能提交文章。

评分标准

比赛满分55分，分为内容与选题和风格与规范两大项。

其中内容与选题部分占30分，包含选题、文章引入、结构与过渡、论据使用、论据分析、论证的整体连贯性六个小项，每小项5分。

风格与规范部分占25分，包含文章语气与基调、拼写标点与语法、是否遵守《哈佛国际评论写作风格指引》、文献引用的规范性、是否易于阅读五个小项，每小项5分。
